Automatic Data Processing (nyse: ADP - news - people ) and Network Appliance (nasdaq: NTAP - news - people ) will both host meetings with analysts tomorrow.

Goldman Sachs said last Friday ADP's analyst meeting should sport a positive tone since the company's overall business momentum remains strong, and management will likely outline a plan to improve shareholder value, which may include share buybacks or an acquisition strategy.

The firm reiterated an "outperform" rating on ADP, and said the company is "one of the most compelling ideas in IT services."Goldman Sachs said growth targets will be key for Network Appliance.

"With the stock trading at 39 times our calendar 2007 estimate and the shares up 24% year to date, we think a growth target of at least 30% is needed to keep the shares moving higher, with anything short of that likely leading to at least a stall if not a small pullback from current levels."
