She previously worked at West Pharmaceutical Services as a clinical project manager and at Concentrics Research, where she managed both clinical and consumer-based studies.

In her new role as Research Director, she is responsible for training project managers and assisting with the development of client deliverables.

Since joining the company in 2004, Ditmer has handled data management and processing responsibilities for numerous studies.

In his new position, he will continue to conduct analytical services while training and advising newer members of the data management team.

Ditmer initially came to G & S Research through an internship while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Indianapolis.
